Refund policy

 

Orders can not be cancelled or refunded within 48 hours of scheduled delivery.

All pre-orders not collected or cancelled within 48 hours of collection will be charged for in full.

Any cancellations or refunds will incur an admin fee. 

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
